Shaun Murphy continued his sizzling early season form with a 6-1 defeat of defending champion Mark Allen to reach the final of the Rundili Wuxi Classic.
The Sale-based potter has conceded just two frames in two matches so far in this invitation event in China, with neither Stephen Hendry or Allen able to trouble his progress. Murphy will face Ding Junhui or Tian Pengfei for the title tomorrow.
The former World and UK Champion dominated the first three frames, compiling breaks of 57, 125 and 88. Allen, who beat Ding 6-0 in last year's final, led 33-0 in the next but Murphy came back to win it with 39 and 23 for 4-0.
A run of 81 extended his lead, and although Antrim's Allen nicked the next with a green-to-black clearance, Murphy crossed the winning line in frame seven with a 54.
